You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, Allied Universal leadership, and responding agencies regarding security-related concerns.

Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule

Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
