As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology and telecommunications facilities, including business areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs and reports for security-related activities.
• Support a professional environment by communicating observations and concerns to site leadership and appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Saturday 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM, Sunday 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
