Security Officer Part Time Arrival Services

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk within a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and information, and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding arrivals, appointments, and access requests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with the flexibility to pick-up additional shifts.

This role requires a six (6) month commitment to a fixed-shift, with the option to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
