Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the building interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or high-traffic areas, verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting suspicious circumstances according to post instructions.
• Support branch opening and closing activities as assigned, maintaining a visible presence and following armed post orders, client policies, and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Have 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
