You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Schedule

• Monday: 12:00 PM - 05:30 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 05:30 PM
• Saturday: 08:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and authorized visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of financial institution facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and applicable laws.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
