Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with attention to restricted areas, access points, and other security-related concerns.
• Support screening and checkpoint operations by helping to deter unauthorized access, maintaining orderly traffic flow, and reporting unusual activity or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
