Security Officer - Part Time Access Control

$17.51 / Hour

Schedule

DayTime Wed: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, screening visitors, employees, and/or vendors at access points, and supporting security-related protocols for the location.
• Maintain visitor and/or delivery records, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate emergency response activities and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify conditions that may require attention.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
