Security Officer, Overnights On-Call

Responsibilities

• Makes sure a quick response is available in case of a medical or mechanical emergency.
• Greets residents and guests professionally and courteously while parking and retrieving their vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid and current driver's license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain these certifications.
• External Defibrillator (AED) certification is preferred.
• Ability to assess and respond to security needs effectively, especially in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound judgments and handle confidential information.
• Greets guests and residents by name and assists with resident packages and parcels as needed.
• Manages emergency situations according to the company's safety and disaster policies.

Pay

USD $19.25 - USD $22.62 /Hr.
