Responsibilities

• Observe surroundings continuously and spot discrepancies or irregularities
• Manage access control and patrol assigned properties in all weather conditions
• Answer phones promptly and provide professional customer service to clients and contractors
• Write clear, accurate reports documenting incidents and activities
• Protect clients' assets, safety, and property
• Maintain a visible, authoritative presence that inspires respect
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, neat appearance, and sound judgment

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy with a positive attitude and flexibility
• Ability to maintain a neat and presentable appearance
