Security Officer - Overnight Warehouse

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Able to pass a background test and drug screen
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a Texas Security License or the ability to obtain one
• Have a CPR certification or the ability to obtain one
• Have a Driver's License
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.11 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Thursday - Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM (40 Hours / Full Time)
