What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify entry permissions, and observe incoming and outgoing foot and vehicle traffic in support of site policies and daily operations.
• Support incident reporting, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
