Security Officer Overnight Retail Center Patrol Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with access-related concerns, and report maintenance or security-related issues.
• Assist with crowd management, lost person inquiries, and/or customer concerns while maintaining a professional presence and communicating with local management when needed.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
