Security Officer Overnight Response Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Utilities. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and support access control activities while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned locations, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
