Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Sanford, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment.

• Daytime: Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sat 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Sun 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
