As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors and staff while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity, reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred

$23.00 / Hour

DayTime Saturday 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sunday 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
