As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Observation in Saint Charles, IL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.99 per Hour.

Schedule

Job Schedule: Thursday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM (fixed shift). The role includes a six‑month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift (anchor shift). Through the Claim‑A‑Shift program you can pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites, allowing you to work part‑time one week and full‑time the next, with the option to scale back as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production‑area access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by observing loading, shipping, receiving, and employee traffic areas in accordance with site‑specific procedures.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
