Security Officer Flex

About the role

The Security Officer Flex helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations.

Responsibilities

• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days (provided by employer).

Qualifications

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

Pay

$18.20 per hour.
