As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, and supporting a professional environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and help address security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $15.95 / Hour
Job Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare facility front desk by greeting visitors, patients, and staff and providing directions or general information.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials as required by site-specific policies, and maintain visitor logs or sign-in records.
• Respond to security-related incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate with facility personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, and access-control issues.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence while supporting site-specific policies, emergency response activities, and customer service expectations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
