Security Officer Operations Center

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech and media location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and/or other assigned locations while assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with site directions and access-related questions.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
