- Basic Law Enforcement Training and minimum 3 years experience as Law Enforcement Officer or equivalent, required
- Must be eligible to complete and pass any required training and certifications
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills, strongly preferred

- Trustworthy and mature
- Patient when tasks are routine, but quick on their feet to respond to a crisis
