What You'll Do

• Protect the St. Mark Village community by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry
• Respond promptly to all 911 and emergency situations, directing emergency personnel and assisting with crowd control as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation to record events and actions taken
• Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety of residents, staff, visitors, and property
• Auxiliary tasks: Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, or basic grounds upkeep

What You'll Need

• Active and clear Florida drivers license in good standing (required)
• 2 years of experience in security field, law enforcement, or military (required)
• Florida security license (required)
• CPR/AED certified within 6 months of hire, EMR preferred
• Must be able to produce a negative drug test
• Must be at least 21 years of age
