Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in using computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation
- A high degree of professional maturity and sound judgment necessary to handle complex tenant interactions and sensitive security matters
- Previous security experience within a High-Rise Commercial Office Building environment is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual considered a plus
