Security Officer - Multi Site!

About the role

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols by foot and by car to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Read and write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Provide appropriate badges at the facility
• Work proficiently with electronics
• Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures

Qualifications

• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid PILB in hand
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification (or ability to obtain within 1 week of an offer)

Schedule

Must be available to work any of the 7 days of the work week.

• Shift 1: Day – 6am to 2pm (workdays to be discussed during the interview)
• Shift 2: Swing – 2pm to 10pm (workdays to be discussed during the interview)
• Shift 3: Grave – 10pm to 7am (workdays to be discussed during the interview)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.01 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
