What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of access control protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
