Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile TWIC Driver in Sulphur, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support access activity while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to stay active, visible, and engaged while helping to deter security-related incidents.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production-adjacent areas, administrative spaces, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access as directed, and document unusual conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns for follow-up.
• Support site personnel during evacuations, severe weather, and other location-specific events by communicating clearly and assisting with established response procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid TSA issued TWIC is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
