Security Officer Mobile Perimeter Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Perimeter Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness with strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and assist with visitor management in accordance with site protocols.
• Support healthcare operations by helping to maintain order in public and restricted areas, offering directions, and communicating professionally with patients, staff, and/or guests.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience.
