Security Officer - Mobile Patrols

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations, and support security-related response procedures as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
- Licenses and certifications: Valid driver’s license, CPR certification (preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
- Knowledge of access control procedures.
- Basic first aid knowledge (CPR certification preferred).
