Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or shipments, helping to support authorized access and orderly operations within the distribution location.
• Assist with reporting hazards, damaged property, lighting issues, and/or other concerns observed during patrols to help support day-to-day operations and security-related awareness.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
