Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor, vendor, and employee activity and reporting concerns to site leadership.
• Support site operations by communicating clearly with clients, employees, visitors, and/or responders regarding security-related matters and post instructions.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
