Security Officer Mobile Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in American Falls, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, report security concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and communicate concerns promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while supporting a professional, orderly environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$14.05 per hour.
