What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with directing customers, supporting store operations during high-traffic periods, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: DayTime - Mon 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
