Security Officer Mobile Driver
About the role
As a Security Officer Mobile Driver in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the opportunity to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
