About the role

As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Mabelvale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, checking credentials, maintaining visitor and driver logs, and following established entry and exit procedures.
• Monitor access points, gates, and vehicle traffic; communicate with site personnel regarding authorized deliveries, pickups, and visitor arrivals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• All applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• All applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
