Security Officer - Medical Center - Morning Shift

About the role

As a Security Officer - Medical Center - Morning Shift in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Must be willing to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes morgue access.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Qualifications

• Must be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
