Security Officer - Manufacturing Facility

Allied Universal® is seeking a Full‑Time Fluent Spanish Security Guard (Unarmed Patrol) in Dallas, TX. The position involves serving and safeguarding clients in manufacturing and industrial settings, providing professional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site‑specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required access and activity records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Report observed hazards, damaged property, policy violations, and other security‑related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Daytime shift)
