What You'll Do
- Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, verifying visitor credentials, and directing employees, guests, and vendors as appropriate for the location.
- Monitor access to the lobby and entry points, help to deter unauthorized activity, and document security-related events, visitor activity, and/or unusual conditions in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
- Support daily operations within a financial institution location by managing check-in processes, issuing visitor badges or passes, and communicating clearly with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and other front desk activity.
Minimum Requirements
- A New York State Security Guard License is required.
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
