Security Officer Licensed Site Access

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a respected financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid New York State Security Guard License.
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years old for armed roles.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
