Security Officer Late Shift - Part Time

Responsibilities

As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and use technology to document observations.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with directing authorized guests, deliveries, and contractors.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activities in clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour
