Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct routine and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Support access control activities.
• Observe and report security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with visitors and staff.
• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.

Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight shift)
