Security Officer - Industrial Setting

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service as a top priority
• Observe, survey, and report activity at your assigned location
• Provide rapid response in critical situations
• Read and write detailed reports
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
• Manage access control and maintain order in the lobby area by:
  • Checking credentials of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
  • Keeping the area clear of foot traffic and preventing hazards

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid PILB (Nevada Private Investigator’s License) in hand
• Valid driver’s license
• Superior people skills
• Comfortable using computers, laptops, CCTV, and other electronic tools
• 1 year of security experience (Law Enforcement or Military experience is a plus)
• Strong work ethic
