Security Officer - Industrial

Responsibilities

• Tell stories that reassure and inspire confidence
• Welcome, verify identities, and guide visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Military, law enforcement, or security experience, or currently enrolled in or have completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Peace Officer & Public Safety
• TWIC certified or willing to get TWIC certification
• State license if required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $23 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Part-time, Saturday through Thursday, 2nd and 3rd shift - must have open availability to cover call-offs.
