About the role

As a Security Officer Identity Verification in Bradenton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer in a residential community, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. Your visible presence and clear communication will help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery records in accordance with community procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents and site management while supporting a welcoming residential environment and maintaining accurate security-related reports.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour. Schedule: Day Time, Monday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tuesday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sunday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
