As a Security Officer Licensed Unarmed Patrol Unit in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through the appropriate communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points, helping to identify and report potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and authorized access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support a welcoming environment within a care-focused location by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting security-related events according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
