Pay Rate

$23.00 / Hour

Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, visitor check-in support, and security-related policies for a healthcare location.
• Screen patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors entering the location, verify access permissions, and report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and emergency response guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Document screening activity, incidents, and/or daily observations, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
