Security Officer Hospital Incident Patrol

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assisting with visitor directions, access control procedures, and/or other security-related support functions based on site needs.
- Support a professional environment by reporting unusual activity, following post orders, and/or working with site contacts during routine operations and emergency situations.
Requirements
- Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
- This position is in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to restrain individuals when required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

DayTime: Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
