As a Security Officer Hospital Response in Highlands, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving visitors, staff, patients, and/or vendors.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Requirements
- Hospital vaccinations are required.
- Must be able to work in a hospital environment that may include the morgue.
- Must be able to restrain individuals when required in a hospital environment.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Must be able to work day shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Skills
- Ability to work in a hospital environment that may include the morgue.
- Ability to restrain individuals when required in a hospital environment.
