About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driving Role in Modesto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service, and communicate concerns promptly. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while supporting healthcare operations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors and staff, providing information, and maintaining professional communication with facility personnel and emergency responders.

Requirements

• Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time — Mon 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM, Thur 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM, Fri 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM, Sat 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM, Sun 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM
