Job Description
As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Specialist in Grove City, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting patients, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate staff when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entrances, hallways, waiting areas, and other designated spaces to help control access, observe visitor activity, and/or report suspicious behavior.
- Support staff, patients, and visitors with directions, general assistance, and/or de-escalation during high-traffic periods or unexpected events.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
- Able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
- Able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting when required.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
