Responsibilities
- Maintains superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors.
- Maintains an upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
- Celebrates customer wins and creates an atmosphere of luck.
- Greets guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting and anticipates and fulfills their needs promptly.
- Checks for guest satisfaction and uses the Service Recovery process to resolve issues effectively.
- Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
- Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for their visit.
- Handles conflicts and confrontations respectfully, defusing situations when possible.
- Enforces company security/safety regulations.
- Guards the transfer of money from the Jackpot Booth to the Main Cage.
- Performs security/safety-related duties for the Casino/Hotel.
- Represents the company and its properties to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and internal controls.
- Supports slot operations and casino cashiering, performing soft counts and managing cash assets.
- Operates motorized vehicles, such as the company van.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
- Proficient with iOS devices.
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
- Able to ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period.
- Able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended periods.
- Able to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
