Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will contribute to a caring, reliable team culture while acting with integrity and bringing an agile, people-first approach to each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour

Schedule: DayTime Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
